Chiniki Group of Companies (CGC) is hosting an Open House for the community of Summerlea to discuess the proposed residential development in the south-east corner of our park (next to the West Edmonton Mall Inn). This event is being hosted by CGC as they are developer that was awarded the contract from the City of Edmonton in 2025. The Open House will be at the Westend Seniors Activity Centre (9629 – 176 Street, Edmonton, AB, T5T 6B3) from 6:30pm – 8:00pm.

CGC is asking that we use the email and/or the website to submit comments, questions, and to RSVP to the open house.
